Sunday, February 12, 2023 - My first bottle ever of Caymus. Concentrated flavors of vanilla, oak, blue and dark fruits with a touch of oak. Mild tannins on the finish. Lacked structure for me. Had with ribeye steaks. Wife enjoyed more than I did.
