Lots of tannins, and not much acid, finish didn't linger as long as I had expected. Hoping that this will develop in time, a little underwhelmed at the moment. Wine wasn't decanted at all, maybe that would have helped. There's still quite a bit of promise that is evident, but the window will be short though.
