Sunday, December 6, 2015 - A little spice and oak on the nose. Tons of oak, black fruit jam, and vanilla on the overripe, round palette, and a little sweetness. Moderate acidity, silky tannin. Crowd pleaser, but I can't get behind this. Modern styling taken to an extreme. Needs more structure and balance.
