Thursday, November 20, 2014 - The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, bell pepper, skunk and horsey. It tastes like thyme, tobacco, cool/menthol and mineral - finishes a bit tart. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity and high tannin.
