Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Bright ruby in color, this wine reveals cherry cola, raspberry and subtle spice on the nose. The mouth feel brings more red fruits with hints of cardamon. The finish though was reticent to open up and show the fruits, spices and acidity. 13.5% abv.

Purchased for $34US, this wine had decent aromatics and mouth feel but the finish was completely shutdown. It was so closed that I'm wondering if there is more to this when it ages.Not a typical 2012 vintage offering in my book.
