Sunday, November 10, 2019 - Brilliant deep straw in color. Nose of right peaches and mackintosh apples with a hint of minerality. Taste of peaches, lanolin, with hints of apple cider and lime stone.Concentrated with great acidity but nice structure. Very young and should drink well for another 5 to 8 years. May improve in the short term.
