Saturday, October 13, 2018 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Blackberry, currant, milk chocolate, spice and crushed rock on the nose. Black and red fruit, dark chocolate, spice, crushed rock and ripe tannins on the palate. Fruit forward. Very long finish. Full bodied. A very well made wine. Served with grilled strip steak.
