Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Same bottle as Rocknroller. Opened about 30 minutes before pouring. The first taste upon opening was the best. Once poured it darkened slightly and showed a bit of oxidation. I loved the floral notes on the nose. I plan to pop and pour the next bottle. No reason to cellar this any longer.
