Saturday, September 2, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiosjätte middag (A+N, Sundbyberg): (Disgorged in April 2021, base year 2017, 100% Chardonnay from Chouilly)
Light yellow colour with a maturing nose showing hazelnuts, citrus and chalk in a very pleasant way. Still very crisp and citrus driven on the palate with two years extra cellaring still covering the butter notes hiding underneath. This is very good right now, but should keep evolving for some more years..
(Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
