Thursday, April 2, 2015 - Guys Dinner (Wildfire Chicago): Awesome nose. Inky cassis, blueberry pie. So lovely and royal.
Plump delicate palate but round and opulent.
Some smokey elements too. Very fun and delightful to try against the 2007 Scarecrow.
