Wednesday, April 30, 2014 - The nose was grassy, citrusy, ripe and incredibly fresh, showing orange peel, hints of peach, herbs, field grasses and moist minerals. On the palate, it was fresh and clean with a zip of lively acidity as notes of sweet and sour lemon and mineral laden stone saturated the senses. It finished clean with mouthwatering acidity, herbal tones and peach skins. This wine made me crave seared scallops.
