Sunday, January 17, 2016 - I had this by the glass at a local restaurant. I don't drink a lot of Cab Franc and this was a revelation for me. Sweet dark fruit with a firm underlying structure. There is a hint of minerality and tobacco leaf that adds interest with a medium finish. Thoroughly enjoyable now, but with great upside for the future. I just bought a case.
