Friday, June 5, 2015 - Nose: raspberry, blackberry, very heavy smoked meats, and coffee.
Palate: spicy blackberry, leather, wet earth, dried tobacco leaves.
I have found the ultimate barbecue wine. This thing begs for a slab of dry-rub smoked ribs and some baked beans with bacon.
