Monday, June 8, 2015 - Perfect bottle. Showed very well. Opened quickly to show red fruit, rust and cinnamon. Round and smooth on the sides, full in the mouth, yet not heavy. Supple texture, silky smooth and round. Lots of long sediment particles that seemed more like seaweed than fine particles. Racines, with Sarah and the Sugarmen.
