Friday, May 15, 2015 - A private dinner (Café Saigon, Hotel Maria Cristina, San Sebastian, Spain): Glossy, rich, ripe black fruit, spices, hint of tar, floral top note, concentrated and pure, young but already beautifully balanced and harmonious, silky and fresh, creamy, grippy but ripe tannins, mineral core, good depth, excellent length. A very stylish and elegant wine - drink 2021 to 2031.
