Friday, June 19, 2015 - Served blind. White pepper, raspberry, bacon. Crisp red fruit on the palate, raspberry, a hint of rubber, fried bacon. Good acidity, a slightly herbal tang on the finish, good lift. Guessed Crozes. Delas is a very consistent performer these days.
