Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Medium yellow - looks quite evolved. Ripe orchard fruit and stone fruit, hazelnuts, smoke, slight oxidative note too. Fully developed. The palate is less intense - is this fading a bit? Full body, medium acidity, med+ finish. I’m unconvinced this has a long life ahead of it. Drink this year and next.
