Tuesday, March 3, 2015 - So how often do we get to taste a Nebbiolo based wine from California, especially a rose? This is good stuff. On one hand it shows a soft, delicate nature, and on the other, a robust, structured and spicy mouth full of flavors. The flavor impression across the palate is a combination of both red and black licorice. Has that soft, whole cluster, no broken skins type of flavor.
