Friday, November 18, 2016 - Deep amber and viscous. Tropical fruit, but now somewhat subdued, along with remaining hints of vanilla, butterscotch, and baking spice that are giving way to the rich nutty aroma/flavor that comes with a little age. Doesn't have the acidity to go too much longer, but in a good place right now.
