Saturday, August 4, 2018 - Double-decanted back into the bottle. Nose is very earthy with dusty white pepper notes. Palate is light bodied and very vegetal with nice acidity and medium finish. Paired ok with Asian-influenced duck breast, maybe just a bit too funky and not quite fruity enough to be a great pairing. Still enjoyable though.
