Monday, November 30, 2015 - Ann opened this a couple days ago and it has been in the fridge since then. The wine smells nice with a bright lemon and lime nose with a minerally/briney note. Tart and dry in the mouth with a soft slightly creamy mouthfeel. Some green apple, citrus and a slightly herbal note. I don't remember being that impressed with previous bottles, but this was pretty good. I am not sure if it is the extra air this received or the fact that this was the first glass of wine I have had in almost a week.
