Wednesday, March 9, 2005 - NYC Pinot offline featuring Siduri & Novy wines (.): Ruby red in color. This wine was fruitier on the palate then its siblings and had a soft mouth feel. The alcohol stuck a wee bit on the tail end as the wine was consumed and had a slightly jagged edge. Might need a touch more time in the bottle to pull everything together. Cola nuances were apparent which we all talked about and discussed how some liked that cola flavor and others didn't. Not a bad effort, but less representative of the Russian River Valley.
