Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Let it sit too long. Very good Pinot was excellent with the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and the rest. Nice on the tongue velvety but just. Good balance of fruit and tanin. Did not open much during the meal. Quite satisfying. I should have drunk two years ago.
