Wednesday, November 15, 2023 - I am going to say that this was a bit oxidized. Slight strawberry note on opening, brown sugar and the herb and lavender signatures were all there under the oxidized patina. Unfortunately after about 40-minutes open it was seeming quite oxidative and done.
