Sunday, May 3, 2015 - Clean and herbal on the nose with wonderfully restrained oak that provides an excellent flinty structure and a subtle touch of toffee vanilla in the mid-palate. Tropical and orchard fruit weave in and out and linger on the long clean finish. Very good value made in a modern yet very Burgundian style. Is at it's richest on day two.
