Friday, June 6, 2014 - Just starting to try some of these Roses. Nice mineral nose with some mild flowers and stones, a touch of smoke. Clean palate with steely and lightly buttered acidity, very champagne-like finish exhibiting some oxidation. Clean, crisp, and entertaining - yep a Rose, that is.
