Wednesday, June 15, 2022 - This is a tale of two wines. Open the first night acids, tannins and fruit were not balanced. It wasn't bad, but not what we had come to expect from Long Shadows. We inerted and resealed the wine. Day 2 it was drinking very nicely. However the bottle life was significantly less.
