Monday, May 9, 2022 - Paul Hobbs wines are generally not my preferred style, but have to admit that the big, round, buxom flavors of this wine were perfect for a charcoal grilled rib eye coated in sugar and coffee. No sign of maturity, and relaxed tannins help it drink well as a PnP. Should cellar well for another 5-7 years.
