After even more time (about two hours now) whatever structure it did have began to fall apart and it became harsh and the alchohol became more prominent. Personally, I think it's time to take a hard look at opening all domestic cabs from the 1990's - certainly 1997's and even 1999's. I have had too many who's best days were behind them lately and a lot of bottle variation too.....both of which will only get worse. (this bottle was from Magnum)
