Friday, January 17, 2014 - Nice bouquet on the nose of ripe dark fruits, graphite, and cedar with a nice amber color on the edges. Great balance, still has good structure (although it has reached maturity so drink it now). Finish is long and savory. We paired it with a venison steak and it was delicious!
