Community Tasting Note

Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Splash decanted and then served over 45 minutes. Very young tasting for its age. Lots of ripe dark fruit but with nice round tannins and enough acidity to keep light on its feet. Long finish that highlights tobacco, mocha and cedar. Got "smoother" with air and was integrating nicely. Could have scored higher if given more time before finishing. Lots of life left.
