Saturday, June 4, 2011 - Iberian Dinner (w/ Clos Erasmus) @ Home (CT): Although corked (Uggh! Why the 1994!), you can get some hints at the quality of the fruit. I bought two bottles of this wine in 1997; I drank the other bottle in 2007 and it was corked as well.
