Friday, May 25, 2018 - Everything about this wine was in harmony. Been a long time since I’ve had a Napa wine that I’ve enjoyed at its most peak drinking window. Still quite full bodied...blind, would have guessed MAYBE ‘07-‘08. Blue fruit, cassis, nutmeg and shaved cocoa powder on the nose. Palate was mainly dark chocolate dates, blue and black fruit fruit, baking spice, and a supremely delicious finish. If you have this, no rush to open, but you are missing out on its most prime drinking window. Total treat.
