87 Points

Friday, July 24, 2020 - 8h after decant. Red cherries, lemon, coffee, and hint of herbs on the nose. Crushed blueberries, dark bitter chocolate and coffee on the palate. Definitely full bodied and big. Took another hour or so (9h after decant) to come into better balance with more acids coming through. Medium+ tannins on midpalate. Not really my style. On day 2, ripe cherries and ripe blueberries, plums, and some bitter chocolate and earth. Alcohol really sticks out on the finish. 87+ on day 1 and 84 on day 2.
