Tuesday, May 20, 2008 - Drank with spinach and ricotta ravioli in alfredo sauce. Opened about an hour before dinner. Drank a half glass while cooking. Had classic brunello taste. Good acidity. Black fruits. Seemed young. Got better after about 2 hours in the glass. Edges rounded out a bit.
