Friday, December 21, 2012 - Little to add about this wine. It is one of the best Musars which are very un-covered by the critics. It doesn't help that because it is from Lebanon you have no reference on the quality of vintages. This had the weird hit of sweetness on the first taste that I've seen in past bottles. This bottle was further along than others I've had and at the end of its drinking plateau. Tertiary aromas were wonderful - leather, soy, sandlewood and they changed as the night went on. The wine seemed light on first opening and then got heavier as the night went on. Lovely bottle
