Tuesday, June 23, 2015 - Terroni with Marc Hochar: Pruney, old plum, leather, and apple vinegar notes (yes, apple vinegar nuances). Chestnut, animale alos as noted in the notes. Fine grained; still lovely and will age with the tannins not really gone, but completely integrated into the wine.
