Saturday, June 6, 2015 - I've thought about opening this wine since reading David Bueker's note on WineBerserkers regarding it, and it's about the most spot on note I've ever read, as this truly is a perplexing wine, in a super-enjoyable-wine-geek way. It starts with this salty/savory component, while smelling of blue fruit. On the palate, it feels light, but still silky. Finishes very clean, with tremendous minerality. Really perplexing and interesting.
