Monday, February 7, 2011 - Semi opaque dark cherry color, non-filtered appearance, not as strong and knows as I'd hoped for, has elements of earthiness moderate body, good acidity, somewhat tannic tasting, a bit of a round wine if that makes any sense, some fruit and a bit of bitterness on the finish
