Wednesday, July 12, 2017 - Completely mature, this wine paired brilliantly with almost everything at a tapas joint. It is medium-minus body, with a compelling nose and somewhat short finish. In the glass, there was an interesting evolution over about an hour and a half. I agree with Burgundy Al's note re the mature red fruit and spice notes. Worthy effort.
