Tuesday, October 31, 2017 - Burgundy Al nailed it. Exactly right. Nowhere as lovely as when young, when it was IMHO profound. Still, enough acid and fruit left to go a little bit longer. Not in balance any more, but still lovely. Perhaps another note after it's been open another hour or two.
