Thursday, August 27, 2015 - Light yellow with hint of green. Lennon like nose with a touch of vanilla undercurrent and maybe some white pepper. Bright citrus in the mouth, good acidity with a surprisingly moderate bodied mother. Finishes crisp with a return of slightly warning vanilla. Paired better with savory grilled chicken and vinegar based barbecue sauce than a kale and bean fry, but worked with both. Good mid week drinker.
