Sunday, July 22, 2007 - Faintly orange-tinged now, this still boasts a heady, relatively deep nose of pear and citrus, accented by cinnamon and herb notes. Glycerol-rich, full of ripe fruit but still nicely dry, this doesn't have the mineral or acid to satisfy some, but it does well as an aperitif of the heavier sort.
