2/27/2014 6:24:00 PM - Not sure when you say cola taste if you are including some effervescence, or just the aroma/flavor? I frequently notice effervescence with Phelps Pinots, which I don't care for. I find that vigorously shaking the bottle (after pouring a glass, so there is some room to shake), or splashing a glass back and forth into another glass, gets rid of the excess CO2 that causes the effervescence.
