Monday, June 29, 2015 - Tasted at the winery, from their "Reserve Personnelle" series -- a step up from their Reserve line. Moderately light in color and body, with vibrant acidity. Strong mineral notes, citrus. Aged in steel, no oak. Grapes come from chalkier soil, not the winery's more common limestone. The acidity means it drinks better with food: fish, cream sauces, fatty meats like sausage. €41 at the winery.
