Monday, September 5, 2016 - Well this was geeky enough to grab a 2-pack, and after popping this first one, I'd say it was worthwhile. Copper color to this one, and it's lightly frizzante. Medium body, acid, and finish, and fairly tight but with some notes of strawberry, iron, and mineral on nose and palate. Not a lot of fruit (not saying that as necessarily a bad thing), and more of a savory, secondary type experience. Solid quaffer and interesting to geek out to. 60% hondarrabi beltza and 40% hondarrabi zuri.
