Friday, July 11, 2014 - Nose: tropical fruits, coconut, oak, yogurty tang, expressive nose. Taste: medium body, dry, very oaky. Notes of poached pear, apple sauce, yogurt, good amount of acidity to some offset the creamy oak. Some intriguing notes of pine resin. Enjoyable and interesting, but could use a touch less oak.
