Monday, April 13, 2015 - Herbal/ lemon grass nose with spice and a brazen stoniness, which carries into the palate. Palate is broad and lush on entry with concentrated acidity coming through in the middle. Finishes light and clean with good length. The quality of the juice is outstanding.
