Monday, July 12, 2021 - Wow. One of the best rieslings I have ever tasted. Bought right after release at the winery. Aged to a soft and warm palate full of honeyed sweet lime and white cherries. Incredible tension between ripe aged texture and immense freshness and lifted acidity. Very long, saline finish. Superb!
