Sunday, June 20, 2021 - Served blind, Father’s Day lunch with Spanish pork steaks & grilled Angus steaks, smelled like an old Burg at the start but after about an hour sweet, slow oxed for 12 hours, guessed Barolo with at least 20 years age, 2009, sweet bubble gum nose, feminine palate, guessed Giacosa, beauty of a nose, pretty wine, kept getting better in the glass, tar, picked up weight after 2 hours, Steiner flower day
